This fee helps us lock in your booking and, where required, prepare the materials needed for your project. It is non-refundable and is requested in the following situations:

Booking Confirmation Fee – Payable before we confirm your booking.
This amount will be deducted from your final invoice.

Materials Deposit – Required when your project needs substantial materials purchased on your behalf.
This will also be deducted from your final invoice.

If you cancel your job, the fee will be forfeited. We’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes, but availability can’t be guaranteed.
