Description
The ryoba is a type of Japenese pullsaw. It is characterised by its thin, flexible blade and fine teeth making it ideal for precise and efficient cutting. This model is a more compact version typically used for detail and furniture work.
It has two different tooth patterns – one edge is for cross-cutting (across the wood grain) and the other is for rip cuts (along the grain) making it a very versatile saw. The teeth become successively finer towards the the handle, making starting cuts easier.
The non-slip, full-fit rubber handle allows you to grip it anywhere allowing you to work in your preferred style.
It will cut: General wood, glued wood, OSB (orientated strand board), MDF and bamboo.
