Wētā are one of New Zealand’s most recognisable creepy-crawlies and have become icons for invertebrate conservation in New Zealand because many species are threatened or endangered. So in support of the fabulous work carried out by our community partner Urban Ark – Manawa Taiao, we on-sell these wētā hotels if they’re not taken home by their makers at our workshops. They may vary slightly from the picture on our website.
